So asking for help is basically the worst, right?
I don’t know what could be the top ten fears of the people, might be:
- Public speaking
- Death, etc, etc
But I’m pretty sure that it actually belongs there…
In many ways we are afraid that we need help whether it is from:
- our loved ones
- or a friend
- and Coworker
- or even from a stranger
Somehow it always feels a little uncomfortable and embarrassing to ask for help.
The only way we only gonna begin to get comfortable with it, it to get good attitude.
It actually increases the chances, when you ask someone for help, and they actually gonna say yes, and not only that it is also very satisfying.

This is a really really bad assumptionInfact not only it is very difficult to tell what your needs are but even the people closed to you after a struggle to understand how they can support you.
So if you need help, you have to ask for it…
But be very clear about the help you need so the person you are asking for help can understand your needs and help you in the right way you need exactly.
